In CP3's first game back, the Clippers went into full video game mode, throwing down all sorts of ridiculous combo dunks on their way to a ten trillion point drubbing of Brett Brown's boys. In all honesty, the "other LA franchise" hasn't been this entertaining since the Stormin' Ken Norman era.
But behind every good team, there is a good Turkoglu. In the case of the Clippers, it is fortuitous that their Turkoglu is none other than the "Michael Jordan of Turkey", the great Hedo.
Since the acquisition in mid-January, the Clippers are 8-5 with Hedo, a statistic that indicates the Clippers are neither any better nor any worse since he was added to the roster.
Now many of you will have your most memorable Hedo moment, but for us, it was his infamous "Ball" interview with the Raptors that established him as one of the game's all-time great cult figures.
And so, in all its glory, the Hedo "Ball" interview jersey:
If you want an example signed by the man himself, look no further. Don't sleep.
There is a word that defines all the greats. Legacy.
We have no doubt that Hedo's frank post game interview in 2010 inspired fellow Euro Zaza Pachulia to take his mic game to the next level in 2008. For this we shall be forever grateful.
