Bulls vs Knicks (May 9, 1992)

On this day, MSG hosted Game 3 of the classic 1992 Eastern Conference Semifinal match-up between the reigning champions and Riley's hard nosed Knicks.

A fired up Jordan had a number of good looking made dunks in this game:

This game features the raw footage of an irate Jordan reacting to Xavier McDaniel's attempted decapitation. Could the man behind the camera please contact this blog immediately.

Jordan would finish with 32 and 9 and a much needed W, but Ahmad Rashad's flat top was the consensus Player of the Game.

Jersey of the Week: Demetrius Calip

Without any further fanfare, the Demetrius Calip 1992 NBA Preseason jersey.
He did not play a regular season game with the Spurs.

May 7, 2010: The Goran Dragic Show

Against the San Antonio Spurs, then second year backup point guard Goran Dragic erupted for 26 points in Game 3 of the 2010 Western Conference Semi-Finals. He played a total of 18 minutes.

Oh, and 23 of those points came in the fourth.
